It is providing compliance for clients with both business to consumer and business to business obligations. It has adopted an innovative approach and in some circumstances can offer a fixed guaranteed price per tonne of obligation for the year ahead. It is one of a small number of schemes not making upfront tonnage charges for business to business clients. The scheme is also providing advice and services to retailers considering how best to deal with their obligations.
